Traps

well, I was trying the traps (bolt, poison and explosion, which are not faction ones) and just found out there's no way for one of them to actually do what they're meant to do... I trapped a chest, and locked it...it said the trap was activated, but when i try to open it, it says it's locked... okay, then i unlocked it (both magically and with the key) and it disabled the trap... am I doing something wrong? (i really have no use for traps as i'm not trying to kill anyone, but it would be cool to simply have it working ^^)

i think this particular problem has been adressed, but the thing i ran across on wed was someone trapped a box and left it in esex, it showed it was locked, i lockpicked it and it blew.. traps on other shards dont blow till you try to open the box. faction or not. i believe that should be checked and adjusted. just so it is working right....
